El Capitan
Sadio Mané (9.6) -- Liverpool | BUR (H)
This could be the most crucial El Capitan all season given the dearth of viable options. Your main man Mané is a safe pair of hands against a porous Burnley bunch that somehow let in 3 at Swansea.
Three goals in his past three is good enough for me, and his pace should be hectic enough to rinse Ben Mee. Anyway who else you gonna captain? Blankaku? Leighton Baines on Toast? Bitch, please. I broke up with those foolz years ago.
Buy ... No-one ... Sell ... No-one
Really this week is about not falling too far behind. Hardly anyone with a competitive squad will get a decent return after hits given how many big hitters are outta action - so don't do anything crazy. Those playing this week have a big disadvantage in that they won't have that DubbleGW you crave in the run in.
Our advice is to hold fire and save up the transfer this week. We can think of a few scenarios which provide an exception to this rule (getting out the injured Matty Phillips in favour of a scouser is one) but generally speaking keep your powder dry for weeks with better expected returns, and resign yourself to a pretty dull FPL weekend.
STOP! Do not confirm transfer. Do not collect 200 hit points.
